  10. Prepare 390 g of chopped tomatoes (I use cartons over cans).
  11. Prepare 1 can of red kidney beans (drained and rinsed).
  12. It's 1 can of black eye beans (drained and rinsed).
  13. You need 1/2 tsp of chipotle paste.
  14. You need of Salt and pepper.
  15. You need of Extras - to serve.
  16. Prepare of Tortilla wraps.

You can't go wrong with a big pot of chili. Chili sin Carne mit Rotwein, Schokolade und Espresso. Dieses Chili schmeckt authentisch, kommt dabei aber komplett ohne Fleisch aus. This chili sin carne is one of the first recipes, I've ever made vegan.

Vegan Chilli (sin carne!) step by step

  1. Fry your meat free mince according to packet and set aside.
  2. Fry onions, peppers and garlic until liquid is released and evaporated.
  3. Add coriander, cumin and oregano to the pan, crumble in stock cube, and cook for a minute.
  4. Add mince back to pan and stir until it is all incorporated.
  5. Add tomatoes and tomato paste to the meat and veg mixture, then add cold water to the empty carton (I used around half a carton) to get all the tomato-y goodness out!.
  6. Bring back to a simmer before adding the beans and the chipotle paste.
  7. Bring back to a simmer and add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  9. Serve with your favourite accompaniments! We made wraps out of ours with veganaise, my easy guacamole, shredded violife cheese and crumbled nachos.
