Beef HALEEM instructions
- First boil beef in g/g paste n papaya paste for 40 mints make it resha n keep a side.
- In a pot add 6glass of water boil it.then add haleem powder mixture and keep stirring with hand whisk. mix it well then cover and cook for 40 minutes on low flame..
- Take another pan put 2tbs oil add fried onion Add ginger n garlic paste, cooked beef (risha)and haleem Masala.salt haldi,, Stir-fry for few minutes..
- Remove from heat.add this to haleem mixture. Stir occasionally. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 to 40 minutes..
- Garnish with brown onion, coriander,lemon juice and Chaat Masala n Naan😘😘.
