Tortilla Macaroni Veg Pizza instructions
- Cook the Macaroni with enough water, salt and drizzle few drops of Oil.Strain the Macaroni, rinse with cool water, drain the excess water and allow it to cool.
- For making white sauce, heat a pan and add garlic butter. Add the vegetables, give it a good stir and allow it to cook for 3 minutes. Add capsicum to it along with,milk, corn flour, pepper powder, seasoning, cheese, enough salt and allow the mix to thicken. Add the cooked Macaroni and allow the sauce to be coated well with the Macaroni Pasta.Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Do a taste test and add enough seasoning, salt, pepper as needed.
