- Prepare of Tortilla wraps.
- You need of Cabbage.
- It's of Carrot.
- You need of Green pepper.
- You need of Cucumber.
- Prepare of Red pepper.
- You need of Mixed spices.
- It's of Maggi.
- Prepare of Curry.
- You need 1 tbsp of veg oil.
- You need of Onions.
- It's of Ketchup.
- You need of Mayonnaise.
- Prepare of Evaporated milk.
- You need 1 tbsp of sugar.
- It's of Fried egg.
Vegetable shawarma instructions
- Wash and cut all the vegetables.
- Heat oil and stir fry peppers,cabbage,carrot and season with maggi,curry and spices.
- Pour into a plate and allow to cool.
- Meanwhile mix mayonnaise and ketchup together,add milk and sugar and cream.
- Spreap a wrap on a plate,spread ketchup/mayonnaise with a spoon..
- Spoon some of the stir fried veggies,fried egg,add some diced cucumber and onions.Top with more ketchup if you like and roll like a mat.
- Heat a grill or toaster and toast until crisp.
