- Prepare of For Tortillas.
- Prepare 1 cup of All Purpose Flour/Maida.
- You need 1 tsp of Oil.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Salt.
- Prepare as needed of Water.
- You need of For Wrap filling.
- It's 1/4 cup of chopped Beans.
- You need 1/4 cup of fresh Green Peas.
- You need 1 of small Potato.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 2 tsp of Oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of Pasta sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of Mayonnaise.
Veggie Wrap step by step
- In a bowl take maida, salt and oil..
- Add some water and knead a soft dough..
- For filling heat 2 tsp oil in a pan..
- Put chopped onion and sauté..
- When onions turns pink, add chopped veggies..
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt..
- Mix well and cook on high flame for 2 minutes..
- Add some water, cover and cook for 5 more minutes..
- Open the lid and add pasta sauce..
- Mix well and cook again for 2 minutes..
- Let it cool..
- For tortilla make 2 big size balls from kneaded dough..
- Roll the balls with rolling pin in a thin chapati..
- Cook chapati/tortilla on tava from both side..
- Place tortilla in plate and keep veggie filling in side of tortilla..
- Spread mayonnaise on it..
- Roll tightly the tortillas and cut from middle..
