  2. I used leftover chicken I shredded it and i add 1tsp oil in pan,chopped onions, minced garlic,grounded scotch bonnet, spices and seasoning then I fry it for 2 minutes..
  3. I used 1 sausage bcos it's long,I cut it into two and I add lil oil and sautè both sides.
  4. I used 2 tortilla wraps in 1 shawarma bcos the bread is smalls.
  5. Combine mayonnaise and salad cream in a small bowl,and apply it to d bread.
  6. Chop ur cabbage, wash and set aside.
  7. On the tortilla wrap drizzle some mayonnaise mixture and then assemble the spicy chicken,cabbage and finally sausage.
  8. Add mayonnaise mixture again and fold it into a foilpaper and heat d both sides in pan @low heat.
  9. Cut the wrap into two and enjoy.
