- Prepare 3 1/2 cups of Flour.
- It's 1/2 cup of Sugar.
- It's 1 cup of warm Milk.
- It's 3 teaspoon of active dry Yeast.
- It's 1/4 cups of Cocoa powder.
- It's of salt.
- It's of Oil for frying.

- Start by proving the yeast...add sugar and warm milk to the yeast leave it to stay for about 10 mins(if you don't see bubbles on top of it that means the yesst is not longer active, so you have to get another one)...mix all the dry ingredients together till well combined add the proved yeast then you add warm milk or water mix it very well...the batter shouldn't be too thick(i like thick batter)...cover and allow it to stay in a warm place for about 45 mins-1hr.

I can say for sure that this is one of the best desserts in the world. Put the chocolate bar in the middle of the puff pastry sheet.
