- Prepare 1 cup of Rice flour.
- You need 2 cups of Warm water.
- Prepare 1 cup of Chana dal.
- You need 1 pinch of Cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger paste.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Catch turmeric powder.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Catch garam masala powder.

- Wash and soak chana dal for 4-5 hours..
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and cumin seeds to crackle add green chilli and saute for few seconds.
- Add chana dal, catch turmeric powder, ginger paste, catch garam masala powder and salt and one cup of water and steam it.
- . When cooker release the whistle turn off the flame,once cooled grind to make a paste..
- Now stuffing is ready..
- Heat two cup of water and one tbsp clarified butter in a pan and bring to boil..
- Once boiled add the rice flour and salt and stir continuously until water absorb the rice flour..
- To make a soft dough,divide the dough into equal size balls..
- Stuff the chana dal filling in the dough and roll out.
- Flatten the balls into thick round paratha..
