Basic Chicken Shawarma instructions

  1. Cut your veggies i.e cabbage,carrots, green pepper, tomatoes, onions. And your sausage.
  2. Chop your chicken breasts or laps into strips, marinate with garlic, ginger, onion powder, pinch of cinnamon(optional), soy sauce seasoning cubes, oil and salt. The marinate is flexible according to your choice! Then let it sit for at least 30 mins.
