- In oil put garlic and add vegetables and mix for 1-2 min then add soya sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper..
- Fry egg and cut into pieces, add into the pan with vegetables, mix and add rice. Put the lid over the pan for 2-5 min on slow heat..
- For Manchurian--put ginger garlic paste into oil.
- Add chicken and mix for 5 min until it changes the colour.
- Cover with lid and slow the heat for 15-20 min. Remove the lid and cook until it gets golden and absorbs oil.
- Add ketchup into it and mix.
