- You need 120 g of cake butter, cold and in small chunks.
- It's 2 tsp of sweet ground cinnamon.
- It's 6 tbsp of cold whole milk.

- You need 120 g of dark brown sugar.

- Heat the oven to 180c. Then grease a spring form tin and line with greaseproof paper. It can just be greased but for ease of removing it I prefer to line it with greaseproof aswell..
- In a large bowl whisk the flour and cinnamon together. Add the butter and rub with your fingers till its all crumbled. Stir the brown sugar in and then beat in the egg and lastly the milk..

- Using a spatula transfer the batter to the tin and level the batter out..
