  1. In a bowl make dough using rice flour, 2or 3 tsp ghee and water..
  2. Dough should be semi soft..
  3. Now in a pan heat ghee..
  4. Make equal size muthais(balls) from the dough.
  5. Fry these muthais in the ghee in a medium flame..
  6. Fry them till light brown in colour.
  7. Off the flame.
  8. Crush the balls with ur hand or in a mixer jar..
  9. It should be not very powdered..
