- First cut onion tomato according to ur choice.
- Then in a kadai add 1kv of oil add onion tomato haldi mirch daniya salt etc cover it and cook for 5 mins.
- Till then in another KADAI fry Bhindi potato and besan tiki if required.
- Then again add in first KADAI and mix with all then again fry for 2 mins...
- For rice in one cup of rice add two glass water and 1 spn salt 2 tbsp oil. Then make it for five mins on high flame and two mins on low flame.
- For sabji clean MUSHROOM and rinse out properly.
- Then in a KADAI put some oil then add MUSHROOM and PANEER add salt and haldiadd tomato puree and then cook in till it stands on oil then add mirch and daniya powder then njoy your meal thank u.
