- You need 1 cup of maida.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar powder.

- It's 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.

- Prepare 1 tablespoon of coloured vermicelli.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice for soaking cake.
Orange Cake instructions
- In a mixing bowl add sugar powder and oil, beat it till fluffy,.
- Then add curd,orange zest, and orange juice and mix well..
- Then add sieved maida baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
- Make ribbon consistency batter.
- Pour this batter in greased tin, tap twice.
- In a pressure cooker put stand and cover lid without ring and whistle for 10 min..
- Then put tin in it and bake on medium to low flame for 30-35 min..
- Then cool it completely and demould it.
- Make 2 slices from it, soak both slices with orange juice.
- Apply whipped cream layar on one slice and put another slice on it,and cover whole cake with cream.
- Now add orange emulsion in rest of cream, and mix well.
- In piping bag add star nozzle and orange cream, and make flowers on whole cake and garnish with sweet balls and coloured vermicelli. Chilled it and serve it..
