- Take all vegetables n meat. boil in a water to make stock..
- Add pulao masala on it..
- Cover the lid and cook for 15-20 min till water become half and meat veges become tender..
- Strain all stock.seperate meat n yakhni stock..

- Take a pot. add some oil n add sliced onion n fry till it become translucent.Add yakhni stock then add tender meat..
- Cut potato in small pices and add in a pot too and cook till potato soften..
