- You need 1 Bottle of gourd.
- It's 2-3 of cloves.
- You need 2-3 of elachi big.
- It's 2-3 of elachi Small.
- It's 2-3 of Tej patta.
- It's 250 gms of curd.
- It's 1 tsp of Malai.
- Prepare 1 of onion sliced.
- It's 1 tsp of saunf powder.
- It's as required of Oil for frying.
- You need as per taste of Salt.

- Wash the bottle gourd thoroughly and cut it into thin rounds.
- Now in a pan heat some oil and deep fry these bottle gourd rings in it till golden brown..
- Take out the rings from the oil and keep them aside..
- In a pan add some oil and heat it. Add the whole masalas.. big and small elachi, tej patta, cloves, dalchini.Stir it for a minute then to it add chopped onions (finely chopped lengthwise) cook the onions till golden brown..
- Now in a bowl add the curd. Beat it nicely add a little milk if required and a about 1 tsp of malai (; it will prevent the curd from cuddling. Add this to the fried onions and keep stirring continuously till one boil. keep the flame high. After this cover the curry with a lid and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame..
- Now add the fried bottle gourd to the curd gravy / yakhani and simmer for 1-2 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
