- Soak beans,and remove peel just like you would do for moi moi,using mortar and pistol or using blender.
- Wash your peppers and onion,add to the soaked and peeled beans.
- Add cray fish and blend with half cup water until desired consistency is achieved.
- Now add your seasoning.
- Mix your eggs,add in vegetables,I used Shallots add seasoning cube..
- Pour the moi moi mixture into a plastic jar or any object to achieve desired shape.
- Pour the egg mixture on top and cover,.
- Place gently into boiling water,or if you wish,then bake (not in plastic then).
- Leave to cook until you place a knife into it and comes out clean.
- Your bean cake is ready.
