- Take the chicken & flatten it with a rolling pin.
- Season it with salt,pepper,paprika.
- Take 3 deep dishes. Put Egg beaten in one, flour in one, & bread crumbs(season with garlic powder) in the other.
- Deep the chicken in egg then flour,the bread crumbs.
- Continue with the rest.
- Cover & leave in the fridge for an hour.

- Take a non stick pan, add abit oil & pan fry the chicken. Each side 7-8 mins.
