  2. Wash Mirchi. Make Lengthwise slits in all Mirchi. Remove the seeds. Fill stuffing in it..
  3. In a mixing bowl add besan, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and ajwain. Mix it well. Add water and make batter. I don’t like thick layer of besan so I make little thin batter..
  4. Heat oil in a wok. Dip the Mirchi in besan batter..
  5. Carefully leave it in oil. Deep fry it on medium flame till it becomes crispy..
  6. Serve it with tomato chutney or any sauce..
