- Mix rice flour with salt and Turmeric powder and add hot water and make a dough.
- Make rottis like spreading chapathi.while spreading rotti dust with rice flour first..
- Keep a pan and cook the rotis same like Chapathi and finally apply ghee on roti..
- Add the ground nuts into a pan and keep stirring till it turns golden brown.once it turns to brown colour switch off the flame..
- Let it cool and press with Ur palm to remove the skin..
- Add ground nuts, shallots, dry red chilli,salt and grind to a paste by adding water little by little.consistency can be thick or semi solid to our liking...
