Ingredients of Rose Cake
- It's 3/4 cup of Rice Flour.
- It's 2 cup of All Purpose Flour.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- It's 3 1/2 cup of Coconut milk.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Baking powder.
- It's as needed of Oil for deep frying.

Rose Cake step by step
- In a bowl take all the dry ingredients together.
- Then add Salt to taste.
- Slowly add milk and coconut milk to form a batter of pouring consistancy, a little thinner than Dosa batter..
- Heat oil in a pan, temperature should be medium and the mould should be sizzling hot..
- Dip the mould to 3/4th in batter than.
- Deep fry in oil, after few minutes slightly shake the mould holding the hand firmly, if the Rose cake is not getting removed, use fork or knife to shake it out..
