1. Prepare 1 sheet of puff pastry.
2. It's 1 pack of sausage (i used cocktail).
3. You need of Tomato ketcup.
4. You need of Mustard sauce.
5. You need of Mayonaise.
6. Prepare of Parsley for garnish.
7. Prepare of Egg yolk.

Sausage Roll instructions

1. Roll out the puff pastry.
2. Put on sausage on top of puff pastry.
3. Give some tomate ketcup, mustard sause, or mayonaise and roll up and pinching the end of pastry to seal.
4. Brush puff pastry with egg yolk and sprinkle parsley.
5. Heat oven at 200 C/gas Mark 6. Place puff pastry on baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
