- Prepare 1 cup of Chickpeas (kabuli chana) boiled.
- You need 1 cup of Raw rice.
- It's 2 tablespoons of Ghee /oil.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Cumin seeds.
- You need 3-5 of Garlic cloves roughly chopped.
- Prepare 3 of Green chillies chopped.
- Prepare 1 inch of Ginger chopped.
- Prepare 2 of Onions chopped medium.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Garam masala.

Kabuli Chana Pulao instructions
- In a pressure cooker take oil/ghee. Add whole garam masala and jeera. Then add garlic and fry little. Then add onions, ginger, green chilies and fry for few mins till onions changes it's colour..
- Then add chopped tomatoes And cook till tomatoes become soft and mashy. Add salt, all dry masalas, rice and fry for 2 mins..
- Then add boiled chana, coriander and mint leaves, water, little ghee and lemon juice..
- Give 1 whistle on high flame and that's it....let it sit for 10 mins, ready to serve with raita.
