- It's 1 cup of soaked green moong.
- It's 1 of carrot grated.
- It's 2 tbsp of chopped coriander.
- It's 1 tbsp of chopped mint.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare of Red chilli powder as per taste.
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala.
- You need 1 tsp of jeera powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of chaat masala.
- You need Pinch of hing.
- You need 1 tsp of ajwain.
- You need 4-5 tbsp of besan.
- You need 1 tbsp of green chilli paste.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

- Take boiled chole and strain the water and grind it to a coarse paste..
- Take soaked moong which was soaked for atleast 5 hrs.Drain the water and grind it to a coarse paste..
- In a big bowl take grinded chole and moong. Add grated carrot and all masalas..
- Add chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint, ginger garlic paste, salt and besan..
- Mix everything well and make a dough..
- Grease ur palms and make cutlets and shallow fry from both sides till nice golden in colour..
- Serve hot with chutney of ur choice. U can use these cutlets for making burger, or frankie. It's very healthy and tasty..
