- Now demould the cake on a plate,cut the two layers of cake,take bottom layer cake and soak it with sugar syrup to make the cake soft,put homemade white ganache over it and spread it evenly,now take top layer cake,soak it too with sugar syrup and for topping make a mixture from 1 tsp of white ganache and 1 tsp of fruit jam,mix well both and spread it evenly over the top layer and make pearl drops from white ganache to look attractive..
