- Boil chhole with left over whole spices and salt.
- Take a pan add ghee crackle jeera sabut Mirch.

- Fry paneer add chhole mix well.
- Add Garam masala, coriander powder slited green chilli.
- Add rice mix well cover the pan with foil then cover the lid.
