  2. It's 8-10 Cloves of garlic.
  3. You need 4-6 of Green Chillies.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.

  6. You need 2 tbsp of coriander leaves.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Red Chilli powder.
  8. You need 1/4 tsp of Haldi powder.

Chana dal bhajiya step by step

  1. Soak the dal for 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Grind the dal with garlic, cumin seeds and green chillies, add little water if needed.
  3. When grinding is done add chilli powder, haldi powder and kitchen king powder.
  4. Add chopped onions,salt.
  5. Then add coriander leaves.
  6. Add baking powder mix well.
  7. Heat oil in a kadai when hot put mixture with hand or spoon.
  8. Fry till golden.
  9. Remove on a kitchen paper tissue.
