Creamy Panneer Tikka Masala step by step
- Cut the paneer in cubes for marrinate.
- In a bowl mix curd, turmeric,red pepper,salt, ginger garlic paste and coriander. Mix well and add paneer cubes.coat these cubes well. Keep in fridge for 20 minutes..
- After 20 minutes take a non-stick pan or tawa, heat some butter and place marrinate paneer cubes.Toss them till it turns golden both sides.(you can also add capsicum and onion cubes for marinate,).
- Now take another pan., heat 1 tbsp oil or butter.Add a bay leaf and jeera..
- Now add chopped onion, fry pink colour then add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes off.add turmeric powder, coriander powder jeera powder and red chilli powder.Fry well..
- Add tomato puree, cook till it begins to leave the sides of pan. Add 1 tbsp roasted besan.stir well.add 3/4 cup water.cook for few minutes..
- Now add garam masala, kasuri methi,salt and sugar.Mix well..
- Add paneer tikka in this gravy.,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.,then add cream for rich taste.Mix well..
