Ingredients of Bhajia
- Prepare 250 gm of gram flour.
- It's 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of corriander powder.
- It's 1 of medium grated carrot.
- You need of Finely chopped spring onion.
- You need of Finely cut Dhania.
- Prepare of Finely sliced hoho.
- It's of Garlic crushed.
Bhajia instructions
- Mix flour,baking powder,salt n corriander powder.
- Pour water little by little as you make thick consistent paste.
- Mix the remaining vegetable ingredients.
- Cover it for 30mins.
- Heat the oil n it should be medium hot to allow it to cook inside..
- Scoop your mixture using a spoon into the medium hot oil..
- Deep fry them until they are golden brown n crispy..
