Shrimp Scampi & French bread croutons instructions
- For croutons, melt butter and add seasonings into a non stick skillet, toss French bread cubes in and saute until croutons absorb butter and toast lightly, set aside.
- In a saute pan, melt butter and seasonings, add shrimp and cook until shrimp turn pink, between 5-10mins, add cornstarch slurry to tighten liquid, do not overcook, shrimp will turn rubbery.
- Place croutons on individual plates, pile shrimp on top, garnish with parmesan and parsley.
