- Soak chana for overnight..
- Pressure cook them for 1 whistle & then sin the gas for 10 min with the teabags..
- Add oil in a hot pan..

- Add finely onions & saute till golden..
- Add tomatoes, salt & cook the mixture turns soft..
- Add the masala powder, red chilli powder..
- Add the pressure cooked Chana, one cup water, as needed to make a gravy. Mix every thing well & simmer for 5 min..
- When the gravy thickness switch off & coriander leaf..
- Serve with bhatura..
