Ghiya/ Dudhi sabji step by step
- First of all peel and cut the ghiya/Dudhi...
- Heat oil in pressure cooker add cumin seeds once crackels add asefetida, ginger chilli paste saute it for 8-10 second.. Add chopped onion once transparent add chopped tomatoes saute till oil is separated.. Now add ghiya and mix it...
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, corriander powder and mix well...
- Now add water(can add more or less as u want the gravy's consistency).. Give one whistle.. add amchur powder and corriander leaves for garnishing...
- Ghiya sabji is ready to serve.. Enjoy it with chapattis...
