- You need 1kg of Shrimps, cleaned and deveined.
- It's 500 gms of Flat Broad Beans -washed, deveined and cut into strips.
- You need 150 gms of Onion sliced thin.
- It's 150 gms of Tomato sliced thin.
- You need 2 tablespoons of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need leaves of Curry.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Chilli powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Coriander powder.
- It's 1/2 spoon of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It's 10 gms of Gur.
- Prepare 100 gms of Gingerly oil.
- It's of Cilantro to garnish.

- Heat a wok. Add gingelly oil.once it's heated (not hot) add the onions and saute. Add salt and tomatoes, reduce flame to medium,close the wok and let cook until tomatoes are mashed and incorporated with onions..
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute until cooked. Add in the chilli powders,turmeric and saute until cooked..
- Add the shrimps and beans, mix well and close the wok. Reduce flame to minimum and let cook in the heat for 5 minutes..
- Open and cook until water, if any, evaporates add Gur and saute for a minute. Serve hot garnished with cilantro leaves..
