- Slice veg (carrot, yellow pepper, onion and mushrooms).
- Tenderize steak and slice then dredge in flour.
- Stir fry beef quickly then remove to a plate.
- Stir fry veg (put some salt to draw out the water).
- Add soy & mirin sauces and stir fry for a few minutes, then returning beef to wok.
- Add Frozen udon & water and wait for a few minutes, then adding cooking wine to stir frying udon.
- Enjoy it with white sesame seed on the top & must taste it with a bottle of beer 🍻.
