Chole Bhature step by step

  6. Add Chick Peas to a pressure cooker then add salt and water. Pressure cook them for nearly 15 minutes or until chick peas (chole) are soft and tender. Keep Aside.
  7. In a Grinder add ginger, garlic, tomatoes, fresh coriander leaves, green chillies and grind it into a fine paste.
  8. Heat oil our ghee in a pan and add bay leaf, cumin seeds, chopped onion. Once there onion turns golden brown in colour add the grinded paste.
  9. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chole masala, salt to taste aage saute all the contents in pan for 2 minutes..
  10. Then add cooked chick peas(chole) and mix well.
