- Prepare 260 grams of brown flour.
- It's 100 grams of self raising flour.
- It's 25 grams of sugar.
- You need 40 grams of Melted butter.
- It's 1 cup of water.
- Prepare 5 grams of yeast.
- It's 1 pinch of salt.
- You need 1 of big egg.
Brown Bread instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients including the butter mix until well combined.
- Make a well in the middle and add the water little by little.
- On a clean surface need for about 10 min.
- In a bowl put your dough and let it proof for about 30 min.
- Put in your baking tin and allow it another 10 min of proofing.Since I don't have a bread tin I improvised.
- Ensure you slice some insitions on the bread to allow space for expansion and apply the egg whites on the bread..
- After second proofing bake it for 25 min at 180° C.
