- Wash carrot and Peel them and grate into food processor.
- Mix carrot and milk a pan to a bowl and cook on low flame.
- Add the ghee and cook 20 - 25 minutes.
- Add sugar chopped cashew,nuts almonds and elaichi mix well..
- Stir cook till 5-10 minutes.
- And transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with sliced almonds..
