Ingredients of Chena Payas
- Prepare 1 ltr of Full Fat Milk.
- It's 500 ml of Ful Fat Milk for chena.
- It's 2 cups of sugar.
- It's as needed of Few strands of Kesar.
- You need 1 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- It's 1 of full lime juice.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of yellow food colour.
Chena Payas step by step
- Heat 1 ltr milk in one vessel.
- Heat 500 ml milk in another vessel.
- Crush 1 tsp sugar and Kesar together. Make cardamom powder.
- Now when the milk is boiled 1ltr, in this add Kesar, sugar and cardamom powder.
- And in the 500 ml add lime juice and make Chena..
- Smash the Chena and add yellow food colour and again mix well. Make all balls.
- In one vessel make chasni and add the balls, cover and cook for 6-7 mins..
- Remove from the chasni and add the balls in the prepared milk..
