- Prepare 3 kg of Cocoyam.
- You need 2 litres of Vegetable oil.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Salt.

- Wash cocoyam well to remove sand,peel,wash again several times, slice with vegetable slicer, same side for slicing chips...heat up oil,add sliced onions,when oil us hot,add slices of cocoyam,one by one...flip sides occasionally till crispy,drain a colander and sprinkle little salt mix,set aside, repeat process till all is done...enjoy with wine!!!.
