Ingredients of Chips Masala
- Prepare 1/2 kg of potatoes cut into chips.
- You need of Oil for deep frying.
- Prepare 2 of onions,finely sliced.
- Prepare to taste of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of tumeric powder.
- You need of Salt.
- Prepare 1 of large bunch dhania leaves to garnisg.
Chips Masala instructions
- Deep fry chips until lightly brown.drain on serviettes and keep aside.
- In separate pan,heat 2tbsp oil.fry sliced onion until they start to turn slightly brown,add red chilli powder.
- Add coriander n tumeric powder.
- Cook for 1 min,add tomatoe ketchup and salt to taste..
- Turn down the heat,stir and let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add fried chips into the sauce.
- Stir gently but well to avoid breaking the chips add dhania leaves mix and serve hot with salad.
