- Prepare of Coriander.
- It's 1 of small onion.

- Prepare 2 tablespoons of wheat flour.

- It's of Salt.
- Prepare of Vinegar.
- Prepare of Carrots.
- Prepare of Cabbage.

Chop the potatoes and slice them to chips sizes and deep fry the till crunchy. Kenyan Masala Chips / fries are cooked in a spicy sauce and finished off with fresh lemon juice for that tangy flavor. - For the salad, grate carrots and finely chop the cabbage, mix approximately 50ml each, of honey and vinegar. Mix the honey, vinegar carrot and cabbage, then chill..

I enjoyed this dish when I lived in Kenya. This is a unique Kenyan dish. My version of these Kenyan style masala chips takes the ordinary chips to a whole new level. They are saucy and spicy, yet crispy. The masala coats the chips perfectly and its the best dish to create for those quick lunches.
