- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and dry kale well.
- Cut stems of kale and chop into bit sized peices.
- Add all your kale into a mixing bowl and add in all the ingredients and coat the kale well, use your hands if you have to!.
- Spread out evenly on parchment paper and bake for about 15-20 minutes until desired crispiness!.
