  2. Add hot water and make a fine dough...Knead it..
  3. Roll to small _medium sized chapati with ur hand and help of water. But not thin..but little a thick..
  4. Gently place makki ki roti on tawa. If there is crack on the roti when gently pat that portion with water..
  5. When one side is little browned flip the roti with help of spatula..
  6. When the other side is browned flip again and roasted in low flame.. without tava....when properly cooked pour ghee with spoon.
  7. Your makki ki roti is ready serve with sarso ka saag or jaggery...and if u don't mind add ghee or Makhan in saag...
