- Mix all ingredients and make dough don’t add ghee.
- And leave it for 2 to 3 hours when it will rise make small balls and leave it for 15 minutes.
- After that roll like roti and spread ghee not to much just 1 tsp and sprinkle some flour.
- Cut the strips and put one on another and make it again pera or ball and leave it again for 5 minutes till you done all of them.
- Now roll again like roti and cook on medium flame and put some ghee also or if you want you can freeze it and enjoy later.
