- Prepare 4 cup of Water.
- Prepare 2 cup of Rice Flour.
- You need 1 tsp of Green Chilli Paste(You can add chopped green chilli too).
- It's 1 tsp of Cumin Seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of Carom Seeds.
- Prepare To taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tsp of Papad Khar(Sanchoro).

Rice Flour Khichu instructions
- In a thick bottom pan, add 4 cup of water,add papad khar,salt,green chilli paste,carom seeds and cumin seeds and let it boil on the high flame.Once it started boiling,add oil add rice flour gradually while stiring it continuously..
- As the flour is getting mixed with water, it will start to thicken. Make sure that there are no lumps of flour. Slowly add and mix entire rice flour and it will start getting soft dough like consistency..
- Now put this pan on the skillet or tava and cook it on the low flame for 15-20 mins..
- After 15-20 mins, your khichu is ready. Transfer the khichu to the serving plate, top it with lemon juice,oil,aachar masala and coriander and serve it hot..
